Response to Mr Colour are lacquers; not aqueous acrylics |

I use Gunze Lacquer Thinners to thin both Gunze and Tamiya "acrylics". I find these are a smoother finish and the thinning ration can be as high as 70:30/80:20 thinner to paint for great mottling and broad painting. I have my trusty hairdryer on the bench to assist with drying the paint and handling almost straight away.
I will be posting some pictures of my Bf.110 Nightfighter on Readers' Models soon. Tamiya Nato Black thinned with Gunze - and yes - use in ventilated environment.
