Be that as it may, the fact is that to this point, certainly in civil aviation, when this post-human "invinsible" technology that is being touted here fails, (as it so often does with monotonous regualarity), it is the human that has proven to be the saviour and not the "little black boxes", that some here are so absolutely sure will take over the world.
A mentioned before however, this is just my opinion
