So, what you say makes sense now Andrew, thanks for that. I thought I was just missing something or doing something wrong.
I am on a hand brushing kick at the moment. I've seen the excellent results my Modelnerds mate Tony Clarke gets using Tamiya Acrylics, Y6b thinner and a brush and it's inspired me to try and emmulate what he is achieving.
Not using an air brush also has the potential to allow me to churn out a heap more built kits. Tony's build rate is unbelievable!
