heard this rumour going around that the lady who was said to have Aids ... well its not actually AIDs.. but some kind of Cancer.

This bro of mine who works at the airport mentioned something about her going to Noumea last to have another check up for this aids thingy.. and see whether its true or not.. Heard if it is not true, she is going to sue the Government and the Health people for defamation and the like.................... wow!! Very Interesting.

Yes, her blood sample was tested overseas, Australia I think.. and of course it was positive, hence why the GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCED THIS FIRST CASE...

I care.The fact that AIDS may be rearing it's ugly head in my country is a concern for me. As far as I know Vanuatu is Aids free, guns free, drugs free etc...To me it's PARADISE and I'm curious to know How/why/when it's going to stop being so.

I suggest if the local authourise can't find the solution to the problems in vanuatu . Then it could be wiseful initiative to execute them all and let me run the country ....so that people could live together in peace and harmony .
Improvement of health and infrustructure to achieve the goal of decent living and prosperity in diverse society all over the country ....service delivery will be definately improve reaching the most islolated areas ..

I heard the HIV victim IRENE is actually living a very healthy life at the moment in vila. She is on medication like any other HIV positive person and is working and travelling around the country with running HIV/AIDS awareness programmes. Heard she is attending a conference on HIV/AIDS awareness in Toronto in a couple of weeks...so goood on her for doing something positive for the people and hopefully people in vila are taking this seriously because it seems port vila residents are not very careful when it comes to sex in that town....Aids would spread like flu if it ever hits that town...
