Prices

I found that one of the local groceries had nice heads of leaf lettuce for only 98 cents. It's a new place called Value Foods. At Albertsons the same thing is $1.99. My young ducks (and Muskerman and Jessie and Roz) love it. They will even eat the white stemmy hearts of it (and my fingers as I'm holding it!). I fed it to the young guys when they took their bath so they associate it with a good time probably.

Thanks for the ideas. I don't wash it when I get it and I don't take it apart but I think I need a more breathable bag (with holes, like you say).
