SYDNEY WRITERS FESTIVAL MAY 2009

Don is making three FREE appearances at this years Sydney Writers Festival in May. The website says the shows are free but I recommend calling the venues to book a place. Here is the roster:

After seeing Don in Melbourne, all of these shows will be well worth going to.

Hopefully Sydney will have the power on for these shows. Bring a torch just in case!

Thanks for the updates mate... Lucky Sydney!

gee I am finding "Shots" hard to read. It was easier when Don read it out.

I'll forge on though. Started reading the Oils "Beds are Burning" Pretty good too.

Don's site

Thanks Matt.

You'd better get yourself over to Don's site - www.donwalker.com.au

Your fave track - Angry Women - is up there now. In fact, I would urge everyone to check out the music on Don's site this week. He has 4 new ripper tracks on there that have not been released yet.

How good is Pool? Accident Prone has David Blight on harmonica, Angry Women and Mongrelwise are DW live classics.

Mongrelwise is the song Don dedicated to Les Kazmareck at his Adelaide show in 2006.

Yeah Mate,

I saw it there a few days ago. Would love to know how to get these tracks off his site and onto my ipod.

He's obviously recorded all of these great tracks, but we can only access them through the site... frustrating. Would love to have them on CD...
