Just to inform you guys that Chisel at Hard Rock Calling were great. For what was
a typical festival 50 minutes, they provided a high-spirited showcase of what is
self-evident to all Chisel fans and that was a show of soul and talent the way
they always do. This time though they performed an even more condensed version
of their normal Australian 2 hours. Real highlights were a great version of
Bow River in which Mossy showed yet again what an amazing guitarist he is and
Merry-go-Round, that was really rocking.

It was pouring rain before they started, but it cleared up just right for them
and it was all smiles from then on. Of course the aussies in the audience provided
the normal singalong and feeling, but there were a lot of newbies that seemed
proper impressed for Chisel live.

I cant for the life of me understand if no record exec would be interested to
sign them for world dominance now happy.gif

Chisel at Hyde Park

Hi
Good to hear it did happen at Hyde Park. On news over here showing us how much rain you have had. How they had to dump heaps of tan bark to stop the mud. We worried it would get cancelled cause of rain. No doubt it would have been GREAT.
Bye Sharon

Thanks Mikko, great to hear!
How good was Shepherd's Bush too? The only problem I had was the sound up the front was not the best - Mossy's guitar was pretty low in the mix.

I did walk into the Walkabout before the gig but it was so busy and didn't see any food going so I left pretty quickly.

Are you going to Glasgow? I'm flying up late morning - can't wait!

Cheers,
Max
