because I have been critical of managements,Leaving early.Many breaks,lack of help etc.I was told by management.That I was on my own.So as I join the management TEAM!!!! I will be left in a mess. > > > > > I do not understand this place,or these people. all I can do is trust God and do what I feel is right.But it makes me cussin mad!!!!!!!!!!!!

You'll handle it well, Ron. You're a good person with a kind heart. Just follow what is right, and use whatever your best strengths are to enhance the environment around you. Try not to fret too much over things that you cannot control (or other people you can't control, for that matter). It will be an acomplishment for you to make something better around your working environment if you can.
