I need a flexible lease that begins on or before April 1st.

We have given notice to our current landlord in hopes of moving closer to shul, but we don't want to sign a 12-month lease just yet. (We are contemplating buying a condo and would like the flexibility to move if we find something this spring/summer.)

We can guarantee at least 5-6 months rent and may need the option to stay longer. No pets, non-smokers, steady income, etc.

We are currently trying to sell our condo within walking distance to ASBI, but are contemplating listing it for rental as well - since we move in two weeks.
