I am 59 year old single man looking for a room to rent by August 1. I am visiting from California and come to visit Chicago for the first time to study and explore the Chicago Jewish community. I need to move from the room I am renting in West Rogers Park. I have a Ph.D. from Berkeley, financially secure and easy to live with and can provide local references if necessary. I need a furnish room with internet access while I continue to expand my work activities in the local area.
I re-entered Judaism about 3 years ago and have a lot to learn and Chicago has been a good experience for me during the last month.
