I am a former marine military policeman. I became very interested in the Ribbon Creek tragedy after reading the book "Court Martial at Parris Island: The Ribbon Creek Incident. Anyway, a few years ago, I wrote to McKeon and he wrote me back a very nice letter, which I framed.
