We have now had a chance to carve with our new shindaiwa's and are glad to report that they did good. I did lean the carbs down a tad on the 377's but the 757 ran just great with the factory settings.
Lynn had a ball with them carving the little one inch tall Bears.
Sales were somewhat slow but we have a notebook full of orders for Christmas.
As usual, we were placed about 75 feet from the music stage and had long periods of sitting back and enjoying the singing and dancing. That also gave us a chance to go and visit some of the other 268 venders at the show.
Now for the fun of unpacking the van and trailer.

How's the vibration?

Wayne, how does the vibration on those shindaiwas compare to your stihls? I've already heard they're loud <grin>

Have you got any kind of video frame capture capability? I'd love to see a step-by-step on those little one-inch bears and I can see the vid camera in your pic...

Steve

Great

I'm really impressed with the shindaiwa chainsaws. In answer to the viberation question, I don't have any "test equipment" other than the human hand but I'd say they beat the Stihls with the shindaiwa's being lower in viberation.
As for the frame freezing thing, yes I do have that program built into the computer but there is a very large problem, I don't know how to work it.
We will shoot some digital pics tonite when Lynn cranks up a shin and practices her mini's.
