Okay maybe I was jinks I had a ms 290 lock up today. It's the one I got at Ridgway last year . I normaly get at least two or threes good years from a saw . It don't make sence I heard it drag a little then after I filled it I had to pull a couple extra times and when I let off the trigger it stop quick I knew some thing was up It was a little stiff . I pulled the spark plug put a litle oil in the cylinder tried to pull it again but it was lock up . I'm going to see if they'll repair it if not I'll have to buy another I like that saw with a 16 " bar on it it was plenty powerful for a small saw . I'm glad I have some extra saws because I have a 5 foot turtle to finnish by thanks giving
They locked up right after filling also. I hated to see the one go. It was a 4.0 cubic inch saw, and a bad dude. Hey Wayne, about how much is a 16 inch quartertip bar worth in dollars and cents? I'd like to put one on an 025C. Just wondering.
