Ok things are starting to roll for the Wooster Carving festival 2003....some registration are started to come in.... and just like last year, half of the money raised from the auction goes to the carvers "if they want it" and ALL the rest goes to Make-A-Wish.... So that brings us to making money for running things "FUND RAISERS" last year Mary,Tim, and myself paid for a lot of things out of our own pockets.. which was fine by us.. This year we are having some Fund Raisers so we can have a bigger and better festival.... The first one we came up with is "The BEAR CHAIR" ......The bear chair is going inside the Craft Emporium, for photos...we are going to take pictures for $6.00 each... and hopefully we will make some Kids Happy while making a few bucks...here is a pix of the BEAR CHAIR...We still have to move it inside...(that should be fun 2,000 lbs.) But Tim is a big guy I'm sure he can just pick it up and carry it inside....

we are also going to have a raffle every month of a small carving.....more on that next post....
