I became interested in chainsaw carving when my dad gave me a Riobi battery chainsaw and I carved what we call a feagle, looks like a cross between an eagle and a falcon. my husband has since gotten me a real chainsaw and safety classes. I have been searching desperately for a place to find info on this art form since. I am thrilled that I stumbled across this site. I have alreday gotten more info from here than any other source. Thank you, I will have a busy weekend ahead utilizing the knowledge I have gained. I hope one day to post a pix of one of my carvings.
