I am founder and president of a non-profit organization, Indiana Turtle Care. My neighbor recently had some trees cut down and offered us the wood. I had them cut a few pieces hoping to find a carver that would be interested in carving a turtle for our organization. Depending on location, I would be happy to bring the wood to him if it is useable. I would also be happy to bring some additional pieces of wood for him as partial payment for the turtle carving. I realize this is a busy time for the carvers but wonder if you might be interested or you can direct me to someone who might be. We are located in central Indiana and will be traveling to Michigan the end of July.
