I finished this not too long ago. Done from maple. Not my favourite wood but it works.

Nice looking Owl.
I haven't been carving anything lately. I did go to a neighbors a couple days ago and got a bunch of red cedar so when it cools down and I get some energy, I might just crank up the carving saws.
