GRAMMY WINNER ALICIA KEYS GUEST STARS AS FONTELLA BASS - When the PryorÓs receive word that WillÓs (Ethan Dampf) surgery will be fully funded by the March of Dimes, Jack (Tom Verica) believing Helen (Gail OÓGrady) no longer needs to work pushes her to quit her job. Elsewhere, Meg (Brittany Snow) sets a date with Drew (guest star Sam Page) only to have things go awry before she can even go on the date, while a love struck Roxanne (Vanessa Lengies) makes an important choice about the progress of her own relationship with boyfriend, Lenny (guest star Johnny Lewis). JJÓs (Will Estes) situation with Diane (guest star Bellamy Young) reaches a boiling point, sending him one step closer to the front lines of the war and Sam (Arlen Escarpeta) and Nathan (guest star Keith Robinson) continue to look into the Muslim faith and the teachings of Malcolm X. Blake Shelton ("Playboys of the Southwestern World") also guest stars as a local bar singer, singing "Playboys of the Southwestern World." Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys ("FallinÓ") guest stars as Fontella Bass singing, "Rescue Me." Jonathan Adams, Rachel Boston and Sarah Ramos also star.
