I'd like to know if there's a danger, while mentally exploring the heart, of getting it out of order. I mean, is it possible to cause the heart breakdown accidentally?

It is my belief that we should always work with awareness of our body, particularly during the practice of yoga, but also within our everyday lives. If we work with respect for our bodies and our feelings and listen to our intuition then no harm should come to us. However, I have heard scare stories about yoga and its practices and do feel that we should always advance slowly and not try to rush into yoga practices that we may not yet be ready for.
