Was working in Farnborough Tuesday so went along to game. First time been to Aldershot for years not much has changed.Good atmosphere from both fans.
Saw a few Aldershot lads in beer tent (pub) at half time, seemed good numbers. Went up hill at end of game near where the coaches parked there was a pub called The Fountain ? with a group of lads around pub surrounded by old bill. Wondered if they were Aldershot or Cambridge ?

aldershot you aint number one your just nippers tryin to be the real mccoy .dont get me wrong ,you probably have chavs etc,but no real history. in the conference surely there are only 3 firms who over the years have mixed on bigger playing fields.york,exeter and oxford,exeter good numbers and game ,same as york ,not sure about oxford now but a force to be reckoned with in 70s/80s/90s,remember 77 at the abbey they fucking wrecked the place goalposts the lot went and rampaged through the town ,chaos. but aldershot you aint done fuck all unless you call cyberwars a result
