THE SECRETS SHE CAME HOME WITH
CHAPTER 11
OUTSIDE
Jason walked out the back door to find Monica and Audry. He new this was something that needed to be done. "Monica, Mrs. Hardy." he said as he slowly took a seat.
"Jason how are you doing?" Monica asked her son as she took a sip of tea.
"Fine thank you. How was your fight?" he asked clearly uncomfortable.
"Very nice thank you. You and Sonny have a nice setup with the house and the private Jet." Monica said as she smiled at Audry.
"Mrs. Hardy how was the flight for you? Any problems?" Jason asked
Giving Jason a soft smile. "The flight was lovely thank you Jason." she said. "Is there something you Jason?"
"Well Liz and I would like to spend the rest of the after noon together, but with the twins sleeping we don't want to leave them alone." he said as she rubbed the back of his neck.
"I see so you would like us to watch them for you while you two go off for the afternoon?"
"Um just for a few hours, Melissa, which is Michael's nanny said she would watch them tonight for us."
Liz walked outside and saw them talking. She new it must be hard for Jason, but he needed this since he always said very few words to anyone but her.
"Monica, Grams how are you both doing?" she asked as she came and stood next to Jason.
"Elizabeth dear, its good to see you. How are you and the children doing?" Monica asked her soon to be daughter in law.
Smiling she wrapped her arms around Jason's waist. "The Children and I are fine. It's good to see you both could make it here for the wedding. I do need to know if Jason and I can spend the rest of the day together, but in order for that to happen we would like to know if you would like to spend some time with the little ones?"
Smiling. "Sure you two go have fun and we will go see our grandchildren. Just remember you two are sleeping in separate rooms tonight." Audry told them as she and Monica got up and headed for the house.
Jason and Liz both sat there in silence for several seconds. "You have to be kidding about us sleeping in different rooms Gram. Jason and I have never been one to follow tradition so why do we have to start now?" Liz asked
"Because it is tradition and you will follow it whether you like it or not. End of discussion." Audry said and in she went to see her grandkids.
Once the ladies were gone Jason turned in Liz's arms. He new he was making the right chose when he asked her to marry him. There was never any dought that he would one day end up with her.
Cupping her face in his warm Strong hands he looked into her blue eyes. "You mean so much to me, sometimes I don't know what I did to be so lucky. But if this is what your grandmother wants then we will do it."
"But I don't want to follow the tradition, we never have before so why now?" she asked him and new she would not win this conversation.
"You know Jason you have made me the luckiest and happiest woman around. You gave me two of the most wonderful children and you are making my dreams all come true so I thank you, but I still don't like not being in the same bed as you even for one night." she said trying to make him see it her way.
"I haven't done anything that you haven't done for me." he said running his thumb over her bottom lip. "I love you." he said leaning down and placing a soft sweet kiss on her lips making her forget the topic at hand.
"Mm, I love you too. Now what do you say we go for a walk and maybe we can take a swim at the cove or something." she asked.
"Well I kinda had other ideas for us to spend our last night as single people." he said smiling at her. "Maybe before we leave here for our honeymoon we will go swimming OK?"
"I like the sound of that. But when are we leaving and where are we going? I guess what I am asking is are the babies coming too?"
"Yes the babies are coming after all we do have some house hunting to do when we get there." Jason said as he started to lead Liz away from the house to the bluffs.
They walked hand in hand along the cliffs. Jason was happy. This was the first time he was truly happy since Robyn was in his life.
Liz smiled at the thought of being Jason's wife and the mother of his children. She new she already was the mother of his kids, but she wanted to have more of his babies growing in side her.
"Jason do you think in the future that maybe you would like to have more children so that you can be part of the pregnancy and the birth?"
"Of course we will have more children. I was thinking 2 more." he said as he stopped walking. Taking her hands he kneeled down. "You and I will have as many as you want, but I want to be able to watch you grow with our child, I wanna be there for the morning sickness and all the doctor's appointments."
Following Jason's lead she kneeled down between his legs. "I want all of that and more. I just wish I never kept any of this from you. And when we do have more babies you will be there every step of the way."
Liz sat back on her bum and stretched out her legs. "You know the more I think about it, I seem to really miss being pregnant."
"What do you miss the most?" he asked laying down next to her.
"I miss feeling and seeing myself grow. I miss feeling them kick or move. I don't miss the morning sickness." she said laughing.
"You know that was one of the many things I missed about you." he told her as he tucked a stray hair behind her ear.
Smiling at him she leaned into his touch. "What was?" she asked with her eyes closed.
"Your laugh. Your real laugh, and not the one you use with everyone else. But the one you use with me."
Smiling at Jason, she new that he was right. Whenever she was around others she would use her fake smile or her laugh. "I only save the best for you and the real ones cause you could always see right through them all."
"Well I am happy that you save them for me. There were a million other things I love about you, but I can only name a few right now cause I will have to save the others for when I sweet talk you at night in bed." he said wiggling his eye brows.
"I guess we still have a few things in common. The children and our crazy families." she said watching him. "Mine being worse because my family shipped me off to live with gram, and yours are only half crazy."
"My grandfather is evil and a blackmailer, I want you to be on your guard around him at all times. AJ well, he is different in many ways. I want you to watch him around grandfather because I can always tell when they are cooking something up. They get under my skin so fast and it kills me that I let them do it too." he said rubbing his neck. "Emily, grandmother, Monica and Alan I cant trust maybe even Ned sometimes but then again he has always taken AJ's sides when he gets in trouble."
"Oh Jason. I wish I new how bad your family really was. I know what Em has told me and I am sure what you have had to deal with is worse then what she has."
"Don't worry about me baby, I am fine and I know how to take care of myself around them. I just want you to becareful and watch them around the twins too. I will always protect you and the babies from that family."
"Jason I think we need a change in topics. I would like to talk about where we are going to go?"
"I told you already. Maybe you should listen to me again and I will tell you." he told her. "You should know by now that I am not willing to tell you."
"But that is not fare, I want to know damn it." she demanded.
"Don't get cheeky with me woman. I have a belt and i know how to use it." he said trying to keep a straight face.
"Don't you even try it Morgan. You being cocky does not suit you at all. I could easily kick your ass." she said as she turned her back to him.
Wrapping his arms around her waist she leaned back into his chest. "You know I was just playing right? You know I love you and I don't mean any of it.?"
"Maybe I do, maybe I don't. Is there some way you want to convince me of it?"
"Hm maybe I should try. God only knows it would take me weeks even months to do it." he said as he began to kiss her neck while brushing his fingers over her stomach.
"If you think this will work, you better find a few better ways to change my mind." she told him when his mouth moved up to her ear. "Jason touch me." she commanded.
"I am touching you. What do you want me to do?" he asked moving his hand up and over her breasts.
"Just touch me." she said.
"I think this should be moved indoor's and behind locked doors." Sonny said as he Carly, Johnny and Michael came up to them.
Pulling away from Jason she buried her face in her hands. "Remind me to never touch you in public, it always gets us in trouble."
"Relax Muffin you are not in trouble yet." Carly said in her calm and cool voice.
"Uncle Jason are you marrying Lizabeth?" Michael asked from his spot next to his mother.
"Yeah buddy I am. Why?"
"Well I wanted to know if I could call her Aunt Liz and does that mean that Emma and Alexander and my cousins?"
Liz looked up at Carly who gave her a nod. "Michael you may call me whatever you want, and yes Alex and Emma are your cousins."
"Does that mean I have to share Great-Grandmother with them too?" he asked not sure if he like the idea of the twins having Lila too.
"Michael you know you have to share everything with family and that means Liz and the twin are our family so we share everything with them." Sonny explained. "But remember they are a lot younger then you."
"Mr. Man, look at it this way OK? You get to teach them how to ride a bike, play soccer and baseball and all the fun stuff." Carly told her son.
"Jason now that it is settled there are a few things you and I and the guys need to go over for the wedding tomorrow." Sonny said.
"Johnny take the ladies and Michael back to the house, then I will need you here to go over everything about tomorrow."
"Yes Boss." Johnny said.
"But I thought...." Liz didn't want to finish her didn't want to finish her question, because she new that Sonny would change it no matter what.
"Jason say good night to Liz, because you are going to be busy for the rest of the night." Sonny said as he kissed Carly on the lips and gave Michael a pat on the head.
"You three go ahead. I now have something else to do. If you see my grandmother please tell her I will be back to the room at 10pm." Liz said giving Jason a look of death and then walking off towards the tree that sat by alone on the cliffs.
