Phil at least has Kate and Lucas. Chloe has no one. Phil's main story is Shelle but at least he's in Lumi's a bit, but not a whole lot. Chloe has no story without Shelle.
If they don't fire Alina too I don't know what they'll do with Claire. Philip didn't want his own kid so him raising Claire is a far stretch even if she is Belle's kid.
