Days Question...not to steal any thunder

I also have pretty much abadoned the show since Shelle's departure. Can someone fill me in on what has been going on with Nick and Chelsea? Their relationship always sparked me to have potential with Nick hopefully being the force to drive Chelsea to a better life. Honestly, I never was much of a fan of hers unless Nick was involved.

Ofcourse don't think I'd compare them to what we've seen of Shelle over the years, but I liked how they were opposites like Shelle were in the past.
