Georgie and Maxie actually had a pretty good relationship. But Maxie was the troublemaker and Georgie was the good girl. Georgie was sort of Maxie's moral judge and could be the one person to tell Maxie what she thought and Maxie seriously valued her opinion even if she went the opposite way. They fought, but were family first.
Lulu and Maxie's hate is part out of what happened between Maxie and Lucky. But also I am sure there is some jealousy on Maxie's part. Lulu seems to always be perfect and again Maxie is compared as the mess up.
Georgie was with Dillion, but they broke up when Dillion started having feelings for Lulu (again another spark into the Lulu/Maxie hate). Just before her death, Georgie had a crush on Spinelli. They were very similar, but she never told him. They were really good friends and she kept her feelings to herself. Spinelli didn't find out how she felt until after her death when he got a note she had written to him about her feelings. She was killed by the Text Message Killer in Feb. Georgie's death bonded Maxie and Spinelli because they both cared about Georgie so much and missed her.
