Shelle will be gone from Days.  I'm sad but at the same time I feel a bit relieved.  Why you ask?  Simply because after the turmoil we have endured as Shelle fans for the past few years, it's a relief that it's coming to an end and from the sounds of it... their storyline will end happily. At least it's not one of them going and the other left to move on to another partner.  I know that's selfish on my part but DAMN IT..... that's the way I feel right now!

I have to wonder if TPTB don't know Days is going to be cancelled and they are starting to wrap up storylines.  As they get a chance, couples will be given a happy ending and then in 2009 everything will end and be tied with a pretty bow. 

For me, this is the end of my Days viewing.  Over the past year, I have watched less and less and mainly caught video and special Shelle episodes.  None of the other storylines hold my attention.  I'm sick to death of the way Days treats it's employees and it's loyal fans.  I guess, this is the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.

GOOD LUCK MARTHA AND BRANDON and I hope to see you both on my screen in the near future.

Probably to an extent.  I'm used to characters coming and going and most with the exception of Sami and Bo have been gone for a few years.  However, I am repulsed by how Corday treats his employees so unless something really compelling comes along, which I am not holding my breath for, I don't think I will be watching on a daily basis.

Nope, Days will be off the TiVo and I'll have extra time in my life again. I'm guessing hubby will also be happy that he doesn't have to deal with screencaps any more!

Probably not. Shelle got me through the really bad times of DOOL and while overall I think the show has largly improved the other stories aren't enough to make me sit and watch the show when I can read daily summaries and pretty much keep up with the show.

What I am going to miss more is not having this common thing to chat about. Since coming over to the Blue Note I have felt like I have gotten to know many of you like I have know you for a long time even though we have never actually met. Maybe we can all exchange emails and or IM screen names so that we can keep in touch with each other because I have a feeling the board will be very quiet once Shelle is completely gone.

Probably not. Kind of a relief actually. Shelle (MM in particular) got me interested enough a few years back to tune in daily. It's a shame because the production value has been wonderful lately. But it's not enough to keep me as a daily viewer. I think the actors and the fans deserve better from TPTB.

Heck no!! Martha and Brandon go......I go! Simple as that. They were my only reason for watching the show anyway.

I will most likely be done with Days once Shelle is gone.

I may tune in every once in awhile just to see what's going on. But that's about it.

Luckly, I've got ALOT of Classic, Modern, and NuShelle episodes on tape to watch and enjoy.

I feel this is the end for me. I'm tired of all the ups and downs and feel you may be right in that they are tying up loose ends.

Nope. I'm done. They're last days will be my last days. I don't watch if they're not on now so why watch if they're not on at all? There's no point. I've watched for over 10 years and this is what a loyal viewer gets-a slap in the face.

Shelle was the reson I started watching Days and have continued through the years. BB and MM's last on Days will be my last day watching Days.

I'm done. I will watch until the day we say goodbye to what could have been so much better. I have loved Shelle for so long that I feel this is the end. Yes, I watched the show before there was Shelle but the show was so different back then. Now, I, like you watch Shelle videos or watch the days I know Shelle will be on. Days has hit the final nail in the coffin for me.
