i dont think that the chupa is part of a goverment conspiracy because ive done research on almost every conspiracy in history even some not many know. ive even done a report on cryptozooligy and cryptic cretures. I believe that the apperences of chupas have something to do with todays pollution and some countrys way of dispersing nuclear waste i think it may be a result of nuclear waste which has differentreactions on different animals, and that is why all kinds of different forms of chupa, and for the blood sucking the nuclear waste mutated the insides so now they use maybe triple the amount of blood used so the body cant supply what the chupa needs. so much that maybe the chupa has to suck blood to stay alive. and it mainly takes goats because the blood is more thicker, it doesn't attack humans ofen because the blood is thinner.

Maybe when the aliens landed on earth and took over Atlantis, the Chupacabra broke off the UFO, and went into a deep, long hibernation, not to emmerge again until food supplies were plentiful again. Then, they will start feasting on humans, attempting to vanquish any human threat, so that aliens can once again dominate!!
