I can’t say I’ve seen the Chupacabra cause I haven’t, but I’ve seen a smaller version of it, mabey. My name is Eric and I live on a farm in Tennessee, and on Saturday, June 27, 2004 I had my good friend Steve over to spend the night. We were bored so we decided to make the long hall to the movies and meet some friends. On arrival to my house after the movie Steve and I found that my parents were sleeping and snuck up the stairs quietly. Arriving at my room we slipped into or pajamas and prepared for a long night of fun! At this time it was 10:00 and we turned on the T.V to watch our favorite show Family guy.

Then that’s when this creature made its appearance. We were quite hyper when we herd some one or something walking in the house. We thought it was Alan, my brother, sneaking in from a long night of fun. Then 5 minutes later we herd more noises.

Being the kids we are Steve and I imagined up it was a monster or something. Naturally we were afraid to go down stairs, and avoided it. After a while of calling each other chickens we got up the nerve to go down stairs. Armed with a flashlight and my pellet-gun we went down stairs. On first examination nothing was out of place, except my back door was open door was open. Going to shut it I saw something scurry out of the kitchen.

”Buster (my cat)?” Steve said as I closed the door.

I didn’t think it was buster cause he doesn’t stand on 2 legs, and he’s not 2 feet tall. Now scared as I’ve ever been in my life. I crept into the kitchen, and looked to my left, and there standing in the hall was a 2 foot, brown, creature. He had stubby hairs and flaps where ears should have been. His face was wider than long and his feet were kind of like chickens, but the were covered in skin

Now really scared Steve and I did the one thing self-respecting 14 year olds do when they are scared. Scream like little girls! By Screaming we managed to do 2 things. Scare the creature out my back door, and wake my parents. Thirty minutes later we sat in my room with a new knowledge of why we shouldn’t scream in the house at 11:00 and a fear of what ever we saw. After regrouping our thoughts Steve and I decided to go to sleep, but we couldn’t cause curiosity had the better of us. So we got up grabbing my pellet-gun and some flashlights we went searching for the creature we saw.

So we tiptoed down the stairs and cunningly opened the door. Went out side to see my 100 acres of farmland. Not 5 minutes after we stepped outside we herd a shrill like a laugh and a scream at the same time. It was the saddest noise I had ever herd.

Now our adrenalin was pumping and we were ready for any thing. In a dead sprint we took off for the shed where the noise came from. I looked in and there was the same creature that who was in my kitchen. There in the shed was my dead cat being devoured by the creature. I aimed my pellet gun and shot him in the head. He turned and ran and so did we. Going in side we locked the doors and went to sleep. We gave my cat a funeral. I haven’t seen IT in 2 days so I hope he is gone for good.

Give a county name. If you're close enough I may be able to come hunting for it. But if you want to do it on your own, I would sudgest 7,62x39 (Russian caliber but it seems pretty common) or a .45 pistol. If all else fails I'd say a .44 Magnum would blow a hole though it.

Lets ignore the fact that it's easy to copy what everybody else says. He has a dead cat I think that's enough.
