The truth about the chupacabra, it is very real. As real as any other animal. I have been staying with a friend, near the Brazos River in Glen Rose- Texas. She and I, were out on her porch one night at around 12 to 1 am. I went out to smoke when i got an uneasy feeling and asked her to go out with me. We were on the porch for about a minute when we both got an un easy feeling. I'm 24 years old and I don't scare easily. We both heard a steady high pitched whining noise. We looked over in the direction and saw a set of red eyes glaring towards our direction and started running our way. We slowly walked back in the house backwards and shut the door. When we went back in her room we called her aunt a described what we saw. Her aunt freaked out and told us to never go back outside alone and to stay together. This is not a lie and is the very truth. Her aunt experienced something like this when she was about 14. She'd heard this loud high pitched whining noise.. and being the brave curious girl she was.. she went out to look around. It has become something that still haunts her to this day. And she is near into her late 60's. What she saw, traumatized her. A calf in the woods, came towards her. Grunting or mooing in such a way.. it was terrifying. It's eyes were missing. It's tongue, was gone. It was death walking. She couldn't scream or move. We believe it was the Chupacabra that attacked the young calf. She was lucky to have not been in the calf’s place. We think it had it's fill and no longer seeking prey. We heard from her aunt, that they are getting braver by the day. This creature, was only about 200 yards from where we stood. We are very lucky to have trusted our instincts and moved on inside. We know it was looking for food. Now.. It's traveling down the Brazos river.. about North East.. So for any of you Night owls and insomniacs ..that are like us.. Be wise enough to listen and stay indoors at night. This is the honest truth.
