It would have been better if I had your date of birth to connect with your energy better but ,I do have a few impressions from what I've got already recieved
One : people tend to recieve from there left hand and transmit from their right. But it is possible to do it both from both.
I get the impression that you are trying to clear some old energy out to make room for the new higher vibrational energy that is coming through.
There is the possibilty of some kind of medical condition bringing out part of what you are experiencing.
Like your body is trying to clear its vessel as well.
This reminds me of stagnant energy that should have been long ago passed but became spoilt or ruined .
Keep doing charaka cleansing work and you may want to consider taking sea salt or even regular salt ( If no sea salt available ) baths.
Just a little in your bath will do and will help greatly with clearing your aura and energy system.
Salt baths are a very common practice and some people like to make a ritual of it . Such as lighting a candle and taking the bath before any psychic work.
Their is a male spirit hanging out around you alot.But his energy doesn't feel bad.I keep getting impressions of his presence while I write.
I have the impression that he is a loved one that has passed over.And he just wants you to know he is there.
Feels like he is an older male . But this is about all I can get through this method.
You and your grandaughter do have a special bond.
There is a past life connection between you two.
Automatic writing may be a method of using your psychic abilities that you should consider.
The signs are there that your guides are willing to work with you in that way.
I believe that you and your grandaughter were twins(girls) sisters in a past life.
They just gave me that so it looks like while I am writing that I am jumping back and froth.
But I have to give it as I get it.
And let the guides worry about the order.
