Respectfully, you had answered my post and had asked me for my birthdate. I answered your reply but alas no response. Anything you could answer me would be so greatly appreciated.
I am trying to help myself by trying to meditate but I just can't seem to take my busy mind and shelf it for awhile. Any suggestions? I do not want to take antidespressants and am trying to help myself.

I made a very long post reading to a Karen on the board.
There is some confusion on my part.

O.K.went through the posts and fiqured whom was whom.
Alright dear you have been putting others needs beore your own alot.
You do need to spend more time on you and make your needs more a priority.
Your man seems to be keeping you on a roller coaster ride.
I sense a controlling person .
Someone whom makes it quite clear that his needs should be considered first.
Although when he is in his good cycle he can be very loving and charming and even appears to care about others needs.
You can tell me if I'm wrong it won't bother me.
I know that no psychic is 100%
But this is what I'm picking up.
A up and down relationship with this man and the downs increasing in frequency and lenght of time.
Possibly going back and froth several times in one day.
I also feel he is very critical of you.
Which would effect your self-esteem.
This is basically a mental abuse stiuation.
If you have to choose between your man and your child.
I reccomend sticking by your child.
Your man is very self-oriented.
and doesn't treat you with the respect you deserve.
Seriously look at this relationship and make a decesion wether you think you could continue to live like this if it got worse.
I am not saying you have to make a move right now.
But please consider both futures....
the one with him and the one without him.
I do feel he will make it difficult to live a peaceful life.
If you desire peace in your life you may wish to look at a future that doesn't include him.
It should be by your choice only this decision.
But I just wanted to lay it all out there so you could see it.
Some desicsions are just not easy to make.
I feel like he knows exactly how to push your buttons.
You are not a robot ...do you really want someone to control you.
I hope this post doesn't make you angry that is not my intent.
The biggest problem I see that you have in your life is the relationship with this man and it seems to effect everything else.
That's why I have focused on it so much in this reading.
I really can't think of anything else to say except just observe the stitutation closely and watch how he acts as if you were a stranger seeing it for the first time.See if it looks different to you from that prospective.
