I would like to personally welcome you to the forum. Many of you are advisors and healers in your own right. Feel free to particapte in the forums including answering questions in your are of expertize. And now to begin your journey and may it be a happy and enlightening journey indeed!
Man i have soooo many un answered questions in my life... and it is really starting to eat at me. I grew up in a phsychic family my Grandmother has a little in her she say's ????... But my mother is very pshychic as she says... when i was about 13 years old my mother was going through a very hard time she was channeling and had 2 different spirits, named Mya & Elizabeth who i would occassionally talk to through her , now i dont think she is crazy but i have questions. My mother was renoun for her tarot readings and her insight on being psychic, even though i never really could except it because i was scared of what i do not know. And now Things are starting to catch up w/ me and things i cant explain , i have certain feelings that are out of the ordinary, a real problem with anxiety and a real desire to find out what i really am or is my mother just crazy, i have had to live with this notion my whole life. I am not like the other kids, i knew this when i was younger. I have always had good looks and can always talk to people and connect right away, but yet i feel they have had a negetive affect on my life. Basically what im trying to get to is how can i tell if my life is a lie or not, am i psychic or am i just stressing my self out about the tuff life i have had so far these feelings, these notions, these overwhelming thoughts that just leave me speachless. I could use some help to make more sense of what is happening to me.

My impressions when I looked at your mom's energy is that she is very psychic.
Also that you are a natural psychic yourself.
But that you are undeveloped at this time even though you have great potential.
It is not uncommon for psychic ability to run strong in family lines.
But of course you have a choice to decide wether or not you wish to develope your psychic side.
I would reccomend meditation,
The higher your vibrations the less likely you are to have to deal with some of the lower energy level forms out there.
You would want to safely raise your vibrations.
The White Light Of Protection meditation and the Silver Violet Flame meditation available on this website can assist you with this.
You may also want to learn how to open and close your chakras.
