Hi. I'm writing because I'm in need of assistance. The past several years, I've been through a great deal of confusion and suffering. There is no possible way to sum this all up in this message. What I can say is that I began hearing voices years ago. They were calm and helpful. I had much stress in my life, and I became unstable with what was happening to me. I sought help from psychics, shamans, and then the mental health profession, which led to a year of medication trials. All of this has led to more suffering. I have not come to any reasonable conclusions, and have found no satisfaction in dealing with this. I guess what it comes down to is... am I hearing voices of someone/something trying to help me, or am I mentally ill? Honestly, I don't know anymore. Maybe both. I am functional... employed and responsible. I am not on any medication now. But I am seriously confused, and depressed. I'm not sure what I'm asking for here. Anyone who may understand, or can help guide me, would be incredible. I really would like to know what is happening to me. Thank you.

There is a fine line that once crossed moves into what some call mental illness.Allot of times thou it is not really mental illness but someone that is psychically sensitive that is either been influenced by low level energies are actually being controlled by them in such cases as possession. Possession is not typically what the movies and TV portray it mostly appears in forms of mental illness and is mistaken for that.Yea sure they can measure certain chemicals in the brains of mentally ill and find certain levels higher or lower. But which came first the chicken or the egg .Did the chemicals get unbalanced and caused the symptoms are did a negative energy effect the person and in turn effected the chemical levels in their brain because of the energy changes.I firmly believe its the latter .But I would not tell anyone that was prescribed meds to stop taking them or not to see a Doctor. I would recommend Doctors treatment and Spiritual treatment both .Throw everything you have at it .And don't worry that it would have a negative effect on any innate psychic abilities the good will remain. At this time I recommend that you tell the voices I am not ready for this yet and if you are for my higher good and mean no harm then don't speak to me for now unless it's an emergency. What you will need to do when you are ready is test the spirit to whether it is true or false . A little correct information and mostly wrong information is a sign of confusion and several different influences .When you can raise your vibrations high enough the lower level energies will not be able to effect you. You will want to use both the White Light of Protection meditation and the Silver Violet Light meditation on this website daily and you will see a big difference in a short time.I hope this helps .
