I saw a spirit just once and only once. When I was 5. I shouted my mum when I saw him but he wasn't scary he was smiling at me. He was gone 10 seconds later.

I also had dreams that came true... less so now but I used to always have deja vu's but nowadays not much, occasionally I'll remember something I'll say "oh deja vu" but no one remembers it but then I realise it was a dream i had. It was never anything life saving always mundane things but always detailed enough to make me think precog thn coincidence

Any opinions? Was it cause I was young? Or Overactive imagination?

It is actually signs that you were born psychic just because you haven't had any life saving experiences doesn't mean you are not .Perhaps you just haven't needed your life saved yet .Keep your ears and spirit tuned in and do not under estimate the gifts within .

How do you suggest I get back in touch with my gifts... more precog than spirits I'm too freaked out by them don't think they'd like being screamed at lol.

....Is meditating and also start reading books about psychic development and about others psychic experiences .

Reiki is also good for clearing your channels .You could check out www.healingreiki.com Steve Murray is excellent and I highly reccomend his work .He also has a Psychic attunement Dvd and Psychic Attunement Level 2 Dvd but combine those with Reiki attunements and you will defianately see a diffrence.

Also may I suggest my brothers bloghttp://magicandyou.blogspot.com/ it is just articles right now but eventually he will have a book out .Will gets thousands of people writing him asking for help in the area of spiritual devoplement and will be doing online workshops as well as tours in the near future .But allot of what you need is already there on his blog for Free so why wait for the book.

Another good resource :Ted Andrews writes some really good books about psychic development and he has been around for a long while and is a very respectable and noted author.

And for your meditations check out the White Light of Protection and the Silver Violet Flame on this website they are 2 of the most powerful protection ,energy clearing and vibration raising meditations I know of.
