I checked the Gamespot website today and the link is STILL incorrect! Trying to patch up the problem and salvage what little I can of this mess, I sent yet another E-Mail to this "Marc" guy, asking him to fix the link. This is what he said:

I don't know if the entire staff of GameSpot is smoking weed, or just this guy and his editor, but why on EARTH would anybody purposely link to the WROUNG WEBSITE???? It's not like the U4E website doesn't exist? It's not like it is even that hard to find? You guys can find it, right?
And the link he did choise to use, do you know where he got it from? THE OFFICAL U4E WEBSITE!!!!! Why on EARTH would ANYBODY go to the U4E website, the OFFICAL website, look up a link from the bottom of the page, and use that as a link to our website??!?!?!? Just take a moment to let that sink into your minds for a second. But don't think too long or your head will explode. Why would somebody go to the Offical website, just to find a link to some other website entirely???
So I sent another E-Mail to him, begging him this time to fix the problem. I don't know if it will help, since I think they might all be insane over there. But it's worth a try, I guess....
I wonder if this whole thing isn't because I was less then supportive of Counter Strike. They did start off their WHOLE mod review with a huge post about that evil, vile, horrorable little mod known as Counter Strike. By calling U4E the Anti-Counter Strike, I might have offended the video game gods over there.
Not that I would take a word of it back. I hate Counter Strike. I hate it a REAL-LOT! I could spin epic poems of just how much I hate Counter Strike and all of the harm it has done to the mod community, not to mention Unreal4Ever. Because if it wasn't for Counter Strike, U4E would be in a Box set in Walmart and Software Ect right now. The only thing barring our way is the evil and dark hole that Counter Strike has dug to bury the Mod world in. Evil, Evil Counter Strike. Hated Enemy to all that is good and wonderful in the mod world. And yet another good reason to NEVER make another mod again!
