Ok I know they're not making one for ut2k3 but...(Please Read)

Alright, I read on the site they dont want to make one for ut2k3, but is there a way i can take it from UT, and just like download the non umod and put it in my system directory? I cant live without U4E, but my UT disk is gone out into some place where lost disks go O_O and I only have UT2k3.
