Cross or Lamy ink?

i use to write with my waterman with black cross ink as i like the pale blue hue of it. now i got a new lamy and i use the cross ink but i find the ink flow too much. i read and it said lamy ink is more viscous than cross ink. would it help with the ink flow of my lamy? or which black ink would suit lamy best, in terms of ink flow?
