This problem arrive with some inks from certain brands and in certain colors.
I don't know about a grren, what I have seen in diverse occasions are problems with Dunhill's inks.
Necessary to say to is that green ink (much brands) has a great tendance to depose (remember that the pigments are "alone" chimicals products.
Don't react with ebonite.

Hoping to push you to other colors (otherwise, necessary to clean much more)
