. . .that is one of the nice things about them; they really do have the Breguet family air. Personally, I tend to gravitate towards thinner pens; the mass of many modern limited editions strikes me as unecessary bombast calculated to impress through sheer weight rather than finesse of execution. I think you have probably handled these pens, if I'm not mistaken, and I can't deny that in many respects I think I'm happier with a thinner pen for daily use, but as an 'occasion ' or signature pen, the Breguet Writing Instruments fountain pen really impressed me.
