mostly grow mono-cellular building "buds"(as visible on Your pictures) by that reproducing.Actually,yeast-fungi are sometimes used as biological weapons against mould-fungi.
Species like Acremonium,Euratium or Trichoderma could be plausible,but I am no biologist and am more familiar with the species we have to deal with in medical context(mould-spores frequently cause allergic reactions in the respiratory system like alveolitis).
