Thanks to what I read here, I am now enjoying the art of

the fine nib. I was fighting with it...demanding it produce ink as if it were broad. Writing with a light touch (as recommended herein)has proved to be the trick...no scratching and skipping...just a wonderful floating sensation.

ps...the pen in question is a Montblanc Boheme (non-jeweled version).

It is a great thing to be able to enjoy all the fine points of life. Sometimes though, nothing will do except for a broad. Enjoy all your differently nibbed pens, for it is these differences that makes accumulating pens so fun. Now that you have conquered the fine nib, maybe it is time for a flexible nib or an italic So many different types of nibs, so little time. Enjoy your Boheme, it is a fine pen. -Jesse
