As a follow up to Kong's post on these pens athttp://www.network54.com/Forum/225159/thread/1252555711/The+Meisterst%FCck+Signature+for+Good+Limited+Edition - I got a chance to view them at the KL Montblanc boutique at Pavilion.

Is the model with lapis felt balance without posting?

The Lapis with blue sapphire, very attractive!

Do you prefer the WG or YG?

I always prefer unposted...

except for my M90. This one especially since the barrel is already so hefty. I think WG for me - but I always prefer non metal for long periods of writing.

Agreed, non-metal for me too...

Despite having many Montblanc pens from the "Solitaire" line (those made in metal), I still use my resin based pens most of the time. My every-day pen is still my basic LeGrand 146 fountain pen in black resin.

Simple works best.
