Talking about brand identity has set me thinking as I recently drove the Murcielago and I would be very interested in owners telling me:
Why they bought a Lamborghini, (expectation or what was promised)
what they get from owning it (how has it matched their expectations?)
what would they improve (what do they miss, what's lacking?)
as it stands out as quite an unusual product.
I'll tell you what I thought, but I don't want to go first as I don't want to queer the pitch at the outset....
