Telikom is the service provider

Response to Provide alternatives rather then critising !

That is why we will never get any where. A good example, instead of improving and bettering the existing infrastructure, we duplicate tasks, projects and so on.
A district already has a High school but the local MP comes along and build another one when he could have upgraded the existing school.
We have a problem with Telecommunication access in our country. PANGTEL is a regulator. Telikom is the service provider. If we could get our acts right, we will see the real benefits or achieve what we really intend to achieve.
PANGTEL maybe doing something comendable here, but are they going to support and service these projects in the long run..sorry, I am not underestimating their ability but I think Telikom should be providing these services.
We all should now be looking at how Telikom should be doing all these. Make suggestions and such.
