Response to Telikom of the Future

Kaim, I have a question.

How many rural people could we provide telephone service to if we postponed indefinitely fibre optic cables and various other improvements that in the real world only allow the elite to get richer while the rural poor run in place or fall behind?

How much do all these things to help the minority elite cost, anyway?
