Anon I agree, and what you are saying highly likely confirms the air about ISP regulations, the Government's stance and the available framework in this regards to ISP regulations. Hopefully by asking and answering questions along these lines will provoke us towards the mission of arriving at reduced internet costs in our beautiful country Papua New Guinea.
