Response to Be careful.

Mate, Another common use of tor is to circumvent tracking by oppresive governments and or surveillance and censorship, this tool can be used for good, for free speech and democracy. They way things look from the surface, you whenever know when PNG citizens might need this tool, therefore starting to get more people on tor could be beneficial for the future of a free PNG.
