TOR is hardly the domain of pedophiles and such?? Are you kidding me?? Just last year the hacking group anonymous exposed a huge fukkin TOR-based child pornography ring, publishing a list of it's users and shutting down more than 40 of their websites, what does that tell you? Obviously these aren't the only kind of people that use TOR but they certainly do use it, contrary to what you claim. TOR is probably the safest way for pedophiles and other criminals to communicate with each other. Your the one that shouldn't post in ignorance.. As we already said above TOR can be used for good intentions, as it was made for. However people have always had a tendency to abuse that power of anonymity. My point is that as PNG continues to develop and people have better access and education of the internet, programs such as TOR will probably be used here, and more or less abused. Especially with all the stories in the papers about child molesting, incest, rape, and the growing pornography industry here, TOR here will be a haven for sickos here as it is around the world.
I don't really feel like going into debating the positives and negatives of TOR, you can do that yourself.
