47mm 3646 or 6152, much smaller in size. Gurus please correct me if wrong but I believe its 38MM

Same watch, but with RADIMIR PANERAI dial, was delivered by Panerai to the Egyptian Navy in 1954, with reference 6154 or Egiziano-1
