LINC TV ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
and Christmas Party afterwards
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2005 - 5PM

Dear Members and Supporters,

This is the big one.

This is the meeting where we will either:

Vote to become North Coast TV and form a company limited by guarantee in order to apply for a permanent community TV licence in Lismore

OR

Decide to wrap the organisation up, and sell the transmitter.

A decision has to be made.

To take part in this historic vote to decide LINC's future become a member now by paying $20 to Dave Hannaford in the NRG office (2/70 Molesworth St) - above Sportsgirl, or download the form from the website and send to PO Box 554, Lismore NSW 2480.

Non-members are most welcome to attend the meeting as spectators.

All currently paid up members have now been sent formal notification and a copy of a new company constitution to be voted on at the meeting - if the meeting decides to apply for a permanent CTV licence in Lismore.

Please send this notice on to all who might be interested in the future of LINC TV.

Reminders of this meeting will be sent closer to the date. It is important that as many people as possible attend. Any publicity that members or supporters can provide to increase attendance at this meeting would be appreciated.
