Why all sure that Kelly Golek is girl? There are proportions of a body and anthropometric indexes. She have a male's (boy's) proportion of the body. And at 18 y.o. Kelly have no mammary glands.

If I hadn't known it photo of girl I should think that it is boy's photo.

It need a attention of clinicists who know about Disorders of Sex Development (DSD). There are several pathologoc statuses of the endocrine system which are characterized by the psychophysical masculinization of girl, the hormonal disbalance "androgenes/estrogenes" (hyperandrogenia) and of cortisol (hydrocortisone).

Look at article "Gender verification for female athletes" (Journal of The Royal Society of Medicine). To determine a true sex is not always simple.
